One commercial balance
An account’s commercial balance is in USD. It is distinct from the player wallet on the casino side and from the currencies made available to that account.
Every change has a history
Credits, debits and adjustments stay in the transaction history, including after an account is removed. Transaction references help identify repeated operations.
The credit floor
The agreed credit limit defines how far the balance may go below zero. Without a credit limit, a debit cannot take the balance below zero.
Where to manage it
Authorized operators can credit, debit or set an exact balance through the backoffice. Permissions and account scope apply to each operation.
